Ivermectin is an avermectin and a fermentation product of Streptomyces avermitilis. It's active against all stages of every major parasitic nematode. It is also a potent ectoparasiticide.Clorsulon is antiparasitic, approved for use in the treatment of immature and adult forms of Fasciola hepatica (Liver fluke) in cattle. Clorsulon inhibits the glycolytic enzymes 3-phosphoglycerate kinase and phosphoglyceromutase, thereby blocking the Emden-Myerh of glycolytic pathway; The fluke is deprived of its main metabolic energy source and dies.
Nitroxynil is a member of Substituted Phenols chemical group and is a fasciolicide which is only active by injection. It's active against adult fluke, with some activity against fly larvae (e.g. Oestrusovis) and blood sucking nematodes. The mechanism of action is thought to be due to uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation.

Adult and Immature stages of: Small brown stomach worm ( including third and fourth stage larvae and inhibited immatures) caused by Ostertagia ostertagi
Barber’s pole worm caused by Haemonchus placei
Stomach hair worm (including third and fourth stage inhibited larvae) caused by Trichostrongylus axei
Small intestinal worm (including third and fourth stage inhibited larvae) caused by Cooperia spp
Hookworm (including third and fourth stage inhibited larvae) caused by Bunostomum phlebotomum
Nodule worm (including third and fourth stage inhibited larvae) caused by Oesophagostomum radiatum
