Injectable Solution

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity.It acts at the level of arachidonic acid metabolism by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins, prostacyclin and thromboxanes.

Composition:

Each 100 ml contains:
diclofenac sodium diclofenac sodium 5.39 gm
Equi to diclofenac base 5 gm

Target species:

Cattle and horses

Indication:

Assist in pain and fever caused by traumatic surgery, inflammation, etc.
Treatment of Arthritis, Bursitis, osteo- arthritis, periostitis,
Tendinitis, Tendosynovitis and Myostitis. Pneumonia,
atrophic rhinitis, white diarrhea, foot rot, dysentery, mastitis,

Dosage:

To be injected by I/M route
1 ml / 50 kg.b.wt for 3 - 5 days.
