Dura premix
The feed additive dura premix 5%, containing the active substance semduramicin sodium, an ionophore anticoccidial, is intended to control coccidiosis in chickens for fattening at a dose of 20−25 mg/kg complete feed. Semduramicin sodium is produced by fermentation of Actinomadura spp.

Mode of action is related to their ability to form lipophilic complex with alkali metals cations and to transport these cations across biological membrane effectively control Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria mivati/Eimeria mitis, Eimeria brunetti,Eimeria maxima, Eimeria necatrix and Eimeria tenella
Site of action of dura premix is Merozoite II, day 1soprozoite and merozoite I

For the prevention of coccidiosis in broiler chickens caused by Eimeria tenella, E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. brunetti, E. necatrix, Eimeria tenella and E. mitis.
