Injectable Solution
Oxytetracycline has a bacteriostatic effect on extracellular and intracellular germs by inhibiting protein synthesis. The spectrum includes gram-positive and negative, aerobic and anaerobic germs, mycoplasma, leptospira, chlamydia and rickettsia.
Composition:
Each 1ml contains:
Oxytetracycline hydrochloride 215.86 mg
Equi to oxytetracycline base 200 mg.

Cattle, Sheep, Goat and pigs
Indication:
Endometriosis, mastitis and inflammation of the joint.
Pneumonia and shipping fever complex associated with
Pasteurella spp. and Hemophilus spp.
Infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (pinkeye) caused by Moraxella bovis
Foot-rot and diphtheria caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum
Bacterial enteritis (scours) caused by Escherichia coli; Wooden tongue caused
by Actinobacillus lignieresii Leptospirosis caused by Leptospira pomona
Acute metritis caused by strains of staphylococci and streptococci organisms
sensitive to oxytetracycline.
Dose:
administration by deep intramuscular injection cattle not more than 20 ml,
in sheep and goat not more than 5 ml, be injected at one site.
Cattle, Sheep & Goat 20 mg /kg b.wt. (1 ml /10 kg b.wt.).
